The team at Galena Roasters is available to serve our customers during normal business hours 8:00a-5:00p Monday through Saturday.  Our goal is to provide a quality product along with information to further the customer’s knowledge and curiosity as it pertains to coffee.  Our team is also happy to assist wholesale clients in building a coffee program that best suits the needs of their business and customers.  Please feel free to contact us through our Contact page and we will respond as quickly as possible.  You will always receive a friendly response to whatever your particular need may be.

Privacy & Safety

Galena Roasters LLC (Galena Roasters, we, us, our) does not retain any information other that that submitted by you in order to place an order, inquiry, subscription or mailing list signup.  We or our website do not retain payment information after the purchase transaction has been completed.  Our site is protected from outside parties obtaining any customer information submitted to our site.  We do not sell any customer information to 3rd parties.  We do use customer information in house to provide customer service, complete purchases, fulfill subscriptions and provide email newsletters including new product info and promo codes for future purchases.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS typically within one day of receiving the order.  You will receive an email with tracking info after your order ships.  Please Contact us is you have questions.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have a return for any reason, please send us a note through the Contact page on our website.  We will then contact you by email to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.  We will be glad to replace any product with which you are not happy.  Any necessary refunds will be handled through the original means of payment.

We accept all credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer free curbside pickup.
